Wesley G. Plants

Wesley G. Plants, 51 of Wellsburg, WV, died unexpectedly on December 18, 2014. He was born April 8, 1963 in Washington, the son of Sharon Johnston and the late Julian Plants. Wesley was a journeyman for Pipe Liner Local Union #798 for 35 years. He was Baptist by faith. He enjoyed time with his grandchildren, fishing, hunting and working. He was prankster that enjoyed telling jokes. Surviving are two sons, Wesley A. (Rihanna) Plants of Johnsonburg, PA, David (Kaysea) Plants of Kane, PA; a daughter, Jessica (Shane her fiancé) Plants of Emporium, PA; a brother, Keith Plants of KY; two sisters, Robin Plants of Pittsburgh, Michelle Plants of E. Finley Twp; twelve grandchildren, Lani, Gianna, Addison, Silas, Easton, Leonidas, Braddik, Kayin, Jocelyn, Braelynn, Zaleena, Zayleigh; many nieces and nephews; former wife, Elaine Parana of Johnsonburg; step father, George Johnston. Friends will be received Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington where services will be held Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rudy Plants officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
