Donna Lou McKinney Work, 59, of Washington, died Monday, March 28, 2011, in Donnell House.
She was born January 29, 1952, in Washington, a daughter of Violet Kopko McKinney of Washington and the late Kenneth K. McKinney, Sr.
Ms. Work attended Trinity High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, being outside, walking, and reading the newspaper, in addition to spending time with her grandchildren and her animals.
Ms. Work was Protestant by faith.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are three sons, Michael J. DelVecchio of Canonsburg, Donald W. DelVecchio and James B. Dunn, both of Washington; a daughter, Candy (Guy) Klaus, of Washington; six brothers, Larry (Ann) Kopko, Sr. of Warren, Kenneth K. (Mary) McKinney, Jr., of Atlasburg, Dennis McKinney, Gary (Sheila) McKinney, Sr., Jeff W. (Lori) McKinney and Randy (Paula) McKinney, all of Washington; two sisters, Mary L. (Robert) Graham of Washington and Debbie (Larry Sr.) Harshey of Atlasburg; four grandchildren, Robbie Klaus (Samantha Wetzel), Brandon Klaus, Dustin Klaus and Ryan James Dunn Klaus; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the time of service, Thursday, March 31st, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Rev. Rick Bruckner officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
